- Tell station staff straight away if you are still in the station: give the time, the train direction and the carriage.
- Report it to RTA: 800 9090, the S'hail app (More, then Feedback), ask@rta.ae, or an RTA customer happiness centre (for example Deira, Al Barsha, Al Twar, Al Manarah, Al Kifaf or Umm Ramool). The service is free.
- Keep your reference number. RTA follow-ups usually take between 3 and 10 days.

- Lifts large enough for wheelchairs, from street or footbridge level to the platforms.
- Tactile guidance paths on platforms and audio and visual announcements at the doors.
- A wheelchair space near the doors in every carriage.
