How it works
- Scan your nol card at the entry barrier (or buy a Red Ticket at the entrance).
- Take the metro. Your metro taps show that you are a metro user.
- Exit within 60 minutes of your last metro tap, scanning the same card.

Is parking at Dubai Metro stations free?
Yes for metro users at the Park and Ride buildings of Centrepoint, National Paints and e&: parking is free if you ride the metro and exit within 60 minutes of your last metro tap. Non-metro users pay AED 10 per hour, up to AED 50 a day.
How long can I leave my car at a metro car park?
You must exit within 60 minutes of your last metro tap to keep it free. Overstaying costs AED 100 per day up to AED 1,000, and cars left more than 48 hours can be impounded.
Do I need a nol card to park?
Yes, you scan your nol card at the entry and exit barriers (or buy a Red Ticket at the entrance). Losing the card or ticket used to enter costs AED 152.
Which metro stations have parking?
The large Park and Ride buildings confirmed by RTA reporting are at Centrepoint (Red Line), National Paints (Red Line) and e& (Green Line). Other stations may have small surface car parks managed by Dubai's parking authority with normal paid parking.
